What do I need to do to get replacement keys for my safe?

Replacement keys can be ordered for $19.99 + S&H per set of two keys. Please visit our Contact Us page and select Replacement Keys from the "I need help with" dropdown menu. Please have the following information ready at the time of submission: 

  • Key # (can be found on the lock mechanism or your key)
  • Proof of purchase (if you don't have this, your photo ID will work)
  • Serial # on the item (if applicable)
