Return Policy

All SnapSafe products are manufactured to the highest standards and undergo thorough quality control testing. However, if a safe is determined by SnapSafe to be defective in construction or materials, a replacement part or parts will be provided at no expense to the customer. If for any reason an item needs to be returned to the factory it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number in order to ship it back, no returns of any type will be accepted without an RA number.

For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Item number
  • Reason for the return

All SnapSafe product returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. In order to initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Technicians at 1-877-214-4470. In the case of warranty returns (as determined by SnapSafe) shipping charges will be covered by SnapSafe. Shipping charges for all other returns will be entirely at the customer’s expense and are not refundable; in such a case the customer will be refunded the purchase price of the product less the original shipping cost only.

Tax Policy

Any sales, use or other applicable tax is based on the location to which the order is shipped. If you believe your purchases are not subject to sales tax, please contact customer service for assistance prior to placing an order. SnapSafe is a Nebraska corporation.

Credit Card Policy

SnapSafe accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. Please note that debit cards may have longer times and added procedures for verification as well as daily limits.
