Return Policy

SNAPSAFE Closet Vaults are manufactured to the highest standards and go through thorough quality control testing. However, if a vault is determined by SnapSafe to be defective in construction or materials, a replacement part or parts will be provided at no expense to the customer. Within a year of purchase, safes may be returned, WHOLLY AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE, to SnapSafe for a refund of the purchase price. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. All return shipments will require a Return Authorization Number (RA) to ship the safe back to SnapSafe. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, order number, item number and serial number and the reason for the return.
